Designed with the beginner in mind who is looking for a fun and empowering new favorite thing to do.

No dance, fitness, or pole experience required! Students will learn basic walks, grips, foot work and sensual movement around the pole. You will also learn beginner spins and transitions.

Take your dancing to the next level with our Intro to Choreo Series. In this series you will learn smooth transitions from your pirouettes into spins, down to the floor and Sensual Movement to boost you confidence through expert guidance and personalized feedback. You will also gain understanding in how to choreograph to music.

Our Foundations of Lyra series is designed specifically for beginners who are ready to reach new heights (pun intended!). No prior experience is required.

You'll learn how to mount the hoop, as well as beginner tricks and transitions. As your confidence grows and you develop these new skills, you'll also learn a short choreography that brings everything together. In the final class, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your progress to your guests. (optional to perform, no pressure!)
